We cut mild steel up to 1 inch on our own 6kW fiber laser, plus AR400, AR500, Hardox, wear plate, stainless and aluminum. Chute liners, skirtboard liners, hopper liners, deflector plates, cheek plates, haul truck bed liners, grizzly bars, screen frames, conveyor and MSHA machine guards, walkway and handrail steel, gussets, brackets, base plates, flanges and shims.
Send a DXF, a print, or the broken part. We reverse engineer from a sample when no drawing exists. Laser cut edge, square and clean, with no plasma dross to grind off. Shutdown, turnaround and breakdown work welcome.
We also sell and support fiber laser cutting machines, tube lasers, CNC press brakes and robotic laser welding cells, with spare parts stocked in Tucson, machine installation, operator training and ongoing service.
