Cleansolv™ is purpose-built for the demanding conditions of grinding mills, providing specialized cleaning and contamination-reduction solutions for girth gears, pinions, and other large open gear drives.
Grinding mill girth gears operate in harsh environments where dust, debris, and contaminated lubricant can accumulate on gear tooth surfaces, contributing to abrasive wear and interfering with effective inspection and analysis. Cleansolv™ removes this buildup without stripping the existing boundary film from the gear teeth.
What Cleansolv™ Does
Cleansolv™ cleaning and contamination-reduction products are designed for:
• Grinding mill girth gears and pinions
• SAG and ball mill drive systems
• Rotary kiln girth gears
• Large open gear drives in mineral processing plants
